Right now, Wisconsin soybean farmers are losing money on every bushel they harvest. Why? Because Donald Trump launched a tariff war with China, the largest purchaser of soybeans from Wisconsin and the rest of the United States.

That’s not just bad for farmers. It’s a disaster for our local economies.

Farmers are harvesting a crop they can’t afford to sell, prices are too low to cover costs, and storage space is maxed out.

Trump’s tariffs weren't a strategy. They were ego. And they proved one thing: he’ll sabotage working people to score political points.
