It’s been a very long time since Republicans won a full six-year Senate term
in Minnesota.

The year was 2002, and the first season of American Idol had just premiered;
Kelly Clarkson wasn’t yet a household name in the United States.

CSI was the top show on network TV, dethroning ER from its long-held spot atop
the charts, and Everybody Loves Raymond was still airing weekly.

DVDs were just beginning to overtake VHS systems in our homes, and Netflix was
still in its infancy as a DVD-by-mail rental service. It would be another four
years, 2007, before Netflix launched its streaming service.

23 YEARS IS LONG ENOUGH. BUT DEMOCRATS THINK MINNESOTA IS THEIR TERRITORY,
NEVER TO BE CEDED TO A REPUBLICAN - EVER.

It’s time to send them a message: Time’s up.

A poll released recently by one of my opponent’s campaigns has breathed new
life into this race - according to their pollster,a generic Republican
candidate only trails the Democrats by TWO POINTS.

Over the last several months, I’ve been making a concerted effort to
introduce myself to you via email and text messages.
