John – It’s no secret that reproductive care and abortion access are under grave threat from ultra-conservative extremists across the country.

Now, a few months after Planned Parenthood lost federal Medicaid funding thanks to the GOP’s July budget bill, many clinics have been shuttered, and the remaining ones are struggling to survive.

Washington State has stepped up to cover the funding gap and fight back in the courts, but we can’t stop there. If these federal attacks continue, millions of women nationwide stand to lose access to affordable preventive care, cancer screenings, contraception, and other critical health services.

Lives are at risk, John. That’s no exaggeration. Especially in rural communities like ours, where the nearest women’s health clinic may be hours away.

Our fight is far from over. I won’t give up until all women have access to safe reproductive and maternal care.

We urgently need a pro-choice majority in the House to codify a woman’s right to control her own body. Please rush in a donation to help me defend this seat and keep fighting for you in Congress.
