Year-End Deadlines for Stats and Apportionments
- 12/29/2025- Stats module open
- 01/07/2026- Conference apportionment deadline (by noon)
- 01/29/2026- Deadline for churches to enter stats
Please remember that apportionments must be received by January 7 (noon) to count for 2025. If sent after the New Year, use a guaranteed method of delivery. Guaranteed methods would include UPS, FedEX, and USPS Priority. Let Lindsay Ready know it’s coming ([email protected]) and provide a tracking number. Hand delivery is also a good option close to the deadline.
HealthFlex Annual Enrollment
For those on Wespath's HealthFlex insurance, the annual enrollment period is Oct. 29 through Nov. 13. It’s important that you review your plan selections, even if you want to keep your current coverage.
