John, Halloween is creeping up! It's just one week away. It's a day for candy (and then more candy after that), costumes, and spooky fun—but spending the holidays in the hospital can put a damper on the fun for any kid.
That's where you come in. You can help make sure that every kid has a screaming good time.
Here's how:

Last year, we saw so many children's faces light up when they received one of these cards.
Because caring people like you took a moment to send them a card,
the kids who couldn't make it to their school's Halloween party or trick-or-treating with their friends still got to have a scary good time.
Planning for our Halloween festivities is underway! We've got treats, costumes, and spirit. Can you help make our party as fun as possible for every kid by sending a card by Oct. 31? Each card will generate a $1 gift to the Children’s Fund from an anonymous donor, so you can spread the Halloween fun while raising money to help us provide critical care for even more children in Southern California.
Thank you for making this season spook-tacular!
Sincerely,
 |

P.S. How do you fix a broken jack-o'-lantern? With a pumpkin patch, of course! Choose a card now and help every patient have a Happy Halloween!
