October 30, 2025, 1pm- 3pm EST | Health and Safety Basics

Participants will learn how to identify common hazards, apply preventive measures to protect themselves and their coworkers, and understand their rights under OSHA and how to exercise them. November 3, 2025 7pm-9pm, EST | Communication Goals: From Conversation to Collective Power
Your words can move people — literally! Communication isn’t just about what you say; it’s about how you connect, listen, and build trust so people feel ready to act.
Join us for this interactive, engaging virtual session for union leaders, activists, stewards, and organizers who want to strengthen their voice and deepen their impact — both in person and online. We’ll explore how everyday conversations, whether face-to-face or digital, become the foundation for leadership, solidarity, and real power on the job and in our communities.
Participants will practice effective communication strategies for one-on-one organizing, digital outreach, and relationship-building across platforms — learning how to move people from connection to commitment, from conversation to collective power.
Whether it’s a hallway chat, a text thread, or a social media post: how we talk is how we build the momentum in the movement.
