Something special is happening across Ireland this November. Oíche na hÓige (‘Youth Night’) ([link removed]) : our national celebration of youth work. It shines a light on the youth workers, volunteers and organisations who create spaces where young people feel safe, supported, connected and inspired.

Taking place on Friday, 21 November 2025, this pilot event invites youth clubs and services nationwide to
* open their doors to the community
* celebrate their members, volunteers, and youth workers
* showcase the incredible impact of youth work in local areas

Get Involved

Youth clubs and services funded under the Local Youth Club Grant Scheme or UBU Your Place Your Space are invited to take part. Start planning your Oíche na hÓige event and show your community what youth work means to you!
