Earlier this week, I announced that I am running for re-election. This is a very challenging time for our country -- but it is certainly not a time to quit.

And, in this moment, each of us must do our part to defend our democracy against Donald Trump and the Republicans in Congress who enable him and his radical agenda.

That’s why I’m fighting to pass Prop 50 here in California, flip the House blue, and hold Trump accountable for his despicable actions.
