Let’s make something clear: the Constitution is not up for grabs. It

are helping Trump consolidate power and dismantle our democracy.
Since the beginning of Trump’s term, too many judges have complied with
this administration’s tyrannical and arbitrary whims without protest,
dismantling democracy for Trump’s own personal gain.
Some have condoned racial profiling. Some have allowed immigrants to be
deported without due process. And some have even gone so far as to suggest
that they’ll chuck decades of precedent out the window so Trump can fire
agency heads with impunity. This is authoritarianism.

dissent, and rewrite the rules for their benefit.
But the Constitution was built to serve and protect the people — not the

Constitution, and shaping the future of our country. It means pursuing the
democratic promise of the Constitution by fighting for a government that
actually reflects the will of the people.
