According to AccessHealth CT, our state's health insurance exchange, Affordable Care Act (ACA) premium subsidies help more than 143,000 people in Connecticut. I am fighting in Congress to reopen the government, extend these critical subsidies and preserve Medicare and Medicaid — and I will not support any legislation that makes it harder for you or your family to afford health care.
