That means Fontes and the political machine behind him get to write the election rulebook - the Elections Procedures Manual (EPM) - with far less accountability to YOU, the voter.
Let’s be clear about what’s in this EPM:

It allows noncitizens who register as “federal only” to vote in presidential elections.

It lets them receive ballots by mail.
- It weakens verification checks for new voter registrations.
- And it restricts public access to key election records and limits challenges to ballots.
The Left calls this “election administration.” I call it a blueprint for a rigged system.
This isn’t just another court decision. It’s a calculated step to lock in Fontes’ control and silence Republican oversight. The same man who’s been pushing insecure election changes now gets a freer hand to rewrite the rules.
