Hello John,

Arizona’s Supreme Court just handed Secretary of State Adrian Fontes a major victory - and gave the Left another tool to tighten their grip on our elections.

In a stunning move, the Court reversed an appellate decision that could have forced Fontes to follow proper rulemaking procedures.

Instead, they said he doesn’t have to.

That means Fontes and the political machine behind him get to write the election rulebook - the Elections Procedures Manual (EPM) - with far less accountability to YOU, the voter.

Let’s be clear about what’s in this EPM:

  • It allows noncitizens who register as “federal only” to vote in presidential elections.
  • It lets them receive ballots by mail
  • It weakens verification checks for new voter registrations.
  • And it restricts public access to key election records and limits challenges to ballots.

The Left calls this “election administration.” I call it a blueprint for a rigged system

This isn’t just another court decision. It’s a calculated step to lock in Fontes’ control and silence Republican oversight. The same man who’s been pushing insecure election changes now gets a freer hand to rewrite the rules.

I won’t let that go unanswered.

We’ve built Freedom 400 to fight these battles - to fund legal challenges, to support oversight, and to make sure Arizona elections belong to the people, not to bureaucrats.

We’re currently at 239 patriots, but that’s not enough. If we’re going to take on the Soros-backed machine in this state, we need a full battalion standing together. Will you join Freedom 400 today with $20.25, $50, $100, $150, $250, or more?

The Supreme Court may have sided with Fontes today. But this fight is far from over. I intend to make sure his EPM doesn’t go unchallenged. Not now. Not ever.

America First. Always.

P.S. The law matters, or it doesn't. We need to have our election OBEY THE LAW passed by the Legislature. Help me fight for that!
