That’s because he is plotting a third term—and the November 4th Pennsylvania Supreme Court retention election is the linchpin for his plot for a third term.

In just 13 days, the control over the PA State Supreme Court will be decided. If Trump takes control of the court, he will have loyalists in place on the court that oversees elections in the most important swing state in America—allowing him to rig the 2028 election when he seeks a third term.

Control over the PA Supreme Court would all but guarantee the WH for Trump in 2028 before a single vote is cast.
