Dear Mr. xxxxxx,
Government Shutdown
As of now, the federal government is still “shut down” because Senate Democrats have failed to pass the clean continuing resolution the House passed, in which I supported, roughly one month ago. Democrats are leveraging the entire federal government to fight for over $400 billion in continued subsidies to health insurance companies. It is wrong.
I will continue to stand with Republicans and for hard working Americans who can't afford health care and who can't afford insurance. We're not for giving more money to the insurance companies. We're not for a $400 billion blank check to big corporate America and corporate welfare. We're not for health care for illegal aliens.
For as long as I am in Washington, I will fight for the values of my constituents and continue to put the taxpayer first.
Watch my interview with Stephen A. Smith on SiriusXM’s POTUS discussing the government shutdown and its ties to healthcare here or below. Additionally, you can watch my interview with Steve Bannon here or below as well.
If you have any concerns or questions involving specific government agencies, including any potential lapses in payments, please feel free to reach out to my office for assistance.
Filing Articles of Impeachment of a Rogue Judge
Our nation’s judicial system is structured to administer proper and equal treatment under the law; it is not a system where a member of the Judiciary is to allow their personal feelings or political ideology to influence their decision-making - often resulting in more criminals on the street.
Justice Boardman is the latest judge to undermine federal law by sentencing Supreme Court Justice Kavanaugh’s attempted assassin to a mere 8 years, in part due to her own partiality and biasness surrounding this man’s “gender identity.” This, despite the attempted assassin premeditating the attack, possessing weapons and tools to execute the attack, and standing outside Justice Kavanaugh’s home before he was arrested.
Considering this news, I filed articles of impeachment against U.S. District Judge Deborah L. Boardman as she violated her oath of office by not administering her sentencing "impartially" and by not upholding the "good behavior" that Judges must abide by.

Bringing Dark Money to Light
Last week, it was uncovered that George Soros, who funds many protests and efforts to destroy the rule of law in our country, funded $3 million dollars to help organize the No Kings Protests this past weekend.
Last month, I led many of my colleagues in a letter to Speaker Johnson, Chairman James Comer, and Chairman Jim Jordan requesting the House of Representatives establish a new committee to investigate radical organizations and individuals who are funding the assault on America and the rule of law.
It is time Congress launch a select-committee to investigate individuals like George Soros who fund terror campaigns attacking law enforcement and destroying American cities.
Fighting for Life and Demanding Answers for DOJ Coordination with Abortion Organizations
The Biden-Harris Administration weaponized the federal government to target political opponents, including by selectively enforcing the FACE Act against pro-life Americans. Recent media reporting and documents released publicly by the Functional Government Initiative indicate that DOJ coordinated its FACE Act enforcement strategy with anti-life groups such as National Abortion Federation.
Last week, I sent a letter demanding documents and communications from the National Abortion Federation (NAF) related to the group’s coordination with the Biden-Harris Department of Justice (DOJ) and Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) regarding enforcement of the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) Act.
You can read the letter here and read the exclusive article about the letter here.
Fentanyl Poisoning Awareness Month
Every October, the state of Texas recognizes the countless Texans who tragically lost their lives due to Fentanyl Poisoning.
Fentanyl — a deadly synthetic opioid — continues to plague communities across Texas. It is 50–100 times more potent than morphine — just 2 milligrams of fentanyl could be lethal, and just one pill can kill.
Together, we will save lives and protect Texans. Learn more at www.dps.texas.gov/onepillkills.
