Executive Updates: Judge blocks USDA data sharing penalties
On October 15, the Judge in California v USDA [[link removed]] issued a preliminary injunction to stop USDA from imposing fiscal penalties on the 22 states and DC that filed the lawsuit opposing USDA’s enrollee data demands (other than Nevada, which was not included in the initial preliminary injunction because it had already shared the data). Housing: Know Your Rights Resource for Immigrant HUD Families
