John,
The Center for American just sued the Clark County School District, in Nevada, and I want you to be the first to know.
Kimberley Brock was rightly concerned that her daughter’s school had a “Pride Progress” flag on full display in her classroom.
So, she posted on the school district’s social media page respectfully expressing her concern.
What happened next is ridiculous…
School District officials permanently blocked Kimberley from posting on the district’s social media page!
This is totally unconstitutional and clearly violates the First Amendment.
When a public school district creates a social media page and opens it up for responses…
…they’ve created a constitutionally protected forum for expression.
And as a result, they may not censor speech they don’t like.
This form of viewpoint discrimination cannot stand.
Take a minute to watch this short video below to learn more about the case.

Kimberley is not alone. I’m hearing stories like hers from parents across the country.
Schools are trying to brainwash your kids and grandkids with radical gender ideology.
They’re telling young children that they were “born in the wrong body.”
But when parents speak up online or at school board meetings…
…they’re being censored.
If we don’t take a stand today, the First Amendment rights of moms and dads are in jeopardy.
But with your support, we can win this case for Kimberley and for parents everywhere.
John, will you stand with her?
God bless,

Mark Trammell
