We're living in the midst of difficult and divisive times. The godless, secular society that's been pushed on us for decades has failed us. It's time to honor the values that make America strong and made America great. That’s why I just introduced the In God We Trust Act—legislation that would require the national motto to be displayed on every federal building in the United States. During the rise of the godless communism of the 1950s, President Dwight Eisenhower fought to enshrine "In God We Trust” as America's national motto, explaining, “In this way we are reaffirming the transcendence of religious faith in America’s heritage and future; in this way we shall constantly strengthen those spiritual weapons which forever will be our country’s most powerful resource in peace and war.” Those are words to live by today! But somewhere along the way, Washington forgot. Instead of honoring faith and freedom, federal buildings are covered in woke propaganda. That needs to change. |
