Notice is hereby given that the Industrial Siting Division received an amendment request on October 20, 2025 from Enbridge Inc. (Permittee) regarding the Cowboy Solar I and II Project in Laramie County. The Permittee is requesting a change to Special Condition #25 of the captioned project.
Pursuant to Chapter 1, Section 15 of the Industrial Development Information and Siting Rules and Regulations, the Administrator is providing public notice of the requested amendment to permit DEQ/ISC 23-03. It is the Council’s intention to hear this amendment request during the fourth quarter meeting at 9:00 am, on November 20, 2025. The meeting will be held at the Chugwater Community Center, 311 2nd Street, Chugwater, Wyoming 82210. The public may review a copy of the amendment request and associated materials at the office of the WDEQ Industrial Siting Division in Cheyenne, Wyoming or online at:
