The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is the primary federal law enforcement agency in the United States, responsible for enforcing federal laws and investigating crimes. Headquartered in Washington, D.C., the FBI employs approximately 38,000 people, including special agents and support professionals such as intelligence analysts, language specialists, scientists, and information technology specialists. Their website spells out their mission: “To protect the American people and uphold the Constitution of the United States.” Pretty straightforward, except when integrity wavers.

Integrity, by definition, is the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles. Retired FBI Special Agent David Baldovin, aka “Baldo”, has been very vocal about the lack of integrity within the FBI. Over the 31-year span of his career, Baldo was not shy about calling out the “seeds of corruption” within the bureau. Checklists, numbers games, and caseload padding left him inquiring, “Is this a sales organization?” Sounds as if the FBI’s chain of command may have been compromised.

Furthermore, when Baldo spoke truth to power, he found himself getting knocked down and taken to task, by way of performance rating downgrades and unwarranted transfers to the ‘middle of nowhere.’ Baldo thinks he did some of his best work when he was “banished."

David J. Baldovin, aka “Baldo”, is a retired FBI Special Agent who served from 1969 to 2000. During his 31-year career, he worked and investigated a wide variety of federal criminal statute violations, including white-collar crimes such as bank fraud, public corruption, and government fraud. Baldovin was a member of the SWAT (Special Weapons and Tactics) team for 25 years and is a trained hostage negotiator. He has remained active in discussing law enforcement issues and the integrity of the FBI on various platforms, including podcasts, articles, and social media.

Deb Rogers (Mayor Deb) is an accomplished Executive with a diversified career that includes government and volunteer organizations. Deb grew up in Johnstown, Pennsylvania and resided in PA until 2001, when she moved to New York with her small-town, conservative values.

Following many years serving as a community volunteer, Deb decided to take civic duty to the next level by taking a seat on the Village of Williamsville, NY Board of Trustees. In June 2019, Deb was elected as Mayor of Williamsville, a liberal stronghold in New York State. Nine months into her role as Mayor, COVID hit.

New York state was the epicenter of government overreach with lockdowns, mask and vaccine mandates. "Mayor Deb" held a dissenting voice over government overreach and tyrannical regulations that were put into place. As such, Mayor Deb was viciously attacked by the mainstream media. She continues to stand up.

Deb holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Pittsburgh and a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations from St. Francis College. Deb currently resides in Buffalo, NY with her husband and two children.
