Patriot,

When I served, I saw firsthand how hard military families work to make ends meet. Many live paycheck to paycheck, not because they lack budgeting skills, but because they sacrifice high paying jobs to serve this great country.

And now, because of Washington’s dysfunction, Democrats have once again shut down the government and cut off pay to our troops.

This isn’t just bad politics. It’s abandonment and betrayal of those that are on the frontlines.

When I was deployed, I didn’t stop doing my job when times got tough. None of us did. 

Yet these career politicians, most of whom have never served, are more concerned with protecting their power than protecting our service members.

I know what those men and women are feeling right now.

The worry. The uncertainty. The frustration of wondering how you’ll take care of your family while you’re away serving your country.

That’s why I’m running for Congress, to bring a veteran’s voice back to Washington and make sure our troops and their families are never left behind again.
