I want to make sure you were the first to see our brand new release – round three of Live Action’s “Face to Face” series. The conversations recorded in this round are some of our most powerful yet!

This opening video brings together four women who were pressured into having abortions and three men who pressured their wives and girlfriends into aborting to discuss the painful reality of abortion coercion.

I had the honor of facilitating this difficult but healing conversation. Participants vulnerably shared:

“I didn’t want to have an abortion… I didn’t feel like I had any voice at all.”

“I went into those abortion clinics scared. I came out scarred.”

“The pain that I caused my wife is a sorrow that I’m going to carry with me the rest of my life.”

Every abortion is a tragedy, regardless of why it happens. But while abortion advocates claim to be “pro-choice,” the truth is that many women see abortion as anything but a free choice.

And it is not only women who suffer as a result of abortion coercion. The men who pressure women to abort their children also deal with lifelong scars. As one of the participants in this discussion shared, they suffer with silent shame for years until some other problem forces them to confront their buried trauma.

John, perhaps there is a mother or father in your life who you know is struggling with the guilt and pain of having pressured a partner into abortion or who was pressured into having one. Will you take a courageous step by sharing this video ([link removed] ) with that person today?

I know it may be difficult, but it is only by sharing our pain with those we trust and exposing the dark corners of our hearts to the light and mercy of Christ that healing can happen. Let us not allow our brothers and sisters to suffer in secret any longer.
