Republicans know they can’t win the midterm elections fair and square with their unpopular agenda. Instead of changing course to pass policies that benefit all of us, they want to outright block more Americans from voting to hold them accountable. The GOP has already made it harder to vote by mail with shortened deadlines, limited ballot drop boxes, and strict rules on ballot return procedures. The GOP’s scheme to end vote-by-mail altogether will stop even more voters from making their voices heard. We have to speak out.
