In case you missed it, our first Republican challenger has officially jumped into the race to try and defeat me next November. Here are three key things you should know about him:

1️⃣ He started his campaign with a lie, claiming that he was born and raised in Upstate New York when he actually wasn’t.

2️⃣ He almost hired an extremist campaign manager who Politico just revealed was part of a group chat with Republicans who used racist, antisemitic, and homophobic slurs.

3️⃣ He’ll always be an Albany insider who accepted campaign cash from the utility monopolies and let them raise your prices.

While our opponent would sell you out to the highest bidder (and already has), I never have and never will take a single penny from corporate PACs.
