If you know me, you know I believe in hard work, staying scrappy, and always remembering your North Star.
For me, that’s easy: It’s Michigan.
I love this state. I love what I do. And I love who I do it for.
This campaign – and the work and calling of my life – is about fighting for Michiganders.
It’s for the autoworkers in Flat Rock. The small-business owners in Pontiac. The teachers in Grand Rapids, the retirees in Marquette, the nurses in Flint. It’s for the working families busting their tails every day in every corner of Michigan, all hoping to build a future where their kids can thrive.
It’s for the Great Lakes, where we learned to swim. The diners in Detroit, where we ate Coney dogs and made memories. The games at Ford Field, summers up north, and the manufacturers across our state who put America on four wheels.
This campaign is for you, Michigan. It’s always been for you.
I’ve never forgotten where I come from – not when I was working to save the auto industry in the Obama administration, not when I’m sitting at my desk fighting for Michigan in Congress, and certainly not now as I ask you to help me have the honor of being Michigan’s next U.S. senator – our state’s chief lawmaker and champion.
I know the Michigan way. It’s grit. It’s hard work. It’s about listening to your neighbor, learning from your community, and then leading with the same doggedness that built this state brick by brick.
And that’s what it’s going to take to win this race.
Because here’s the truth: A Texas GOP billionaire has already funneled $5 million into a super PAC backing my MAGA opponent, Mike Rogers. Trump has already endorsed him, because Mike Rogers will rubber stamp his agenda. And the latest polls show we’re neck and neck – Michigan is officially a “Toss-Up.”
As a multi-millionaire, MAGA Mike’s agenda shows how detached he is from working Michiganders – he doesn’t care about rising costs from Trump’s tariffs that are hurting hardworking folks. He’s sold Michigan out before, and he’ll do it again.
We’ve got our work cut out for us, but I’m ready. I know who I’m fighting for.
Michigan. This place. My people.
