Friend,

This weekend, over 100,000 New Yorkers stood up for what they believe in and sent a message to Washington that we will not tolerate kings in the United States.

After marching with my fellow New Yorkers, I am even more energized than before to stand up against the Trump Administration and fight for you, your families, and your rights. 

Donald Trump has illegally grabbed power. He is destroying our democracy and making our government more and more authoritarian. I am horrified at the disrespect for our Constitution, and I’m doing everything I can to fight back.

I will continue to speak out against this administration, listen to New Yorkers and their fears, and advocate for our district in Washington.

After this weekend, where millions of Americans spoke out for their rights, I am even more committed to fighting for our democracy and making sure we don’t lose our country to this extremism.
