Sometimes the greatest gift we can give another person is the gift of our presence! We invite you to do just that in one of two ways:

  • Register for the gathering in Chicago; or

The party begins at 2:00 p.m. CT with a meet and greet, appetizers, and drinks. We will begin the formal program at 3:00 p.m. CT. You may register for either of these options here. (Details for the physical location and for the Zoom link will be provided when you

We invite you to celebrate Ana Garcia-Ashley as she retires from Gamaliel!  We are creating a gallery of photos, videos, and congratulatory messages to honor her lifetime of organizing.  You may upload those items here.

Honor of Ana Garcia-Ashley

On the occasion of Ana Garcia-Ashley’s retirement, Gamaliel has established the Ana Garcia-Ashley Fund for the Future of Organizing. This fund will support work that carries forward the passionate and powerful organizing for which Ana is known: developing leaders and building powerful, democratic organizations 

that move us toward creation of the beloved community in our cities, states, and nation. Having served as an Executive Director in MICAH-Milwaukee, WISDOM-Wisconsin, and now with Gamaliel, she understands the importance of raising unrestricted funds so that the money may be used where it is most needed and effective. The Future of Organizing Fund will be administered by the Gamaliel Board of Directors.

 

Below are suggested levels of investment:

  • Friend of Organizing $150 - $499
  • Supporter of Organizing $500 - $749
  • Partner for Organizing $750 - $999
  • Seventh Generation Investor $1000 and above
