Last week, in the Kherson region of Ukraine, an attack on a humanitarian convoy caused the loss of nearly 800 hygiene kits and personal items meant for women, girls, and older people who depend on urgent relief amid conflict.

Vulnerable women, girls, and older people with chronic illnesses and disabilities also face frequent blackouts and loss of electricity, heating, and water systems which further worsens hardships.
