Life after lockdown

With the places we love beginning to open, a lot of us are feeling wary about navigating the new 'normal'. In fact, a recent poll on our social media channels revealed 75% of our audience felt anxious about the lifting of restrictions.
We've put together some sure fire tips to make slipping into life after lockdown a little bit easier for everyone.

We're CALM and Proud
CALM Ambassador Suzi Ruffell's been making us LOL all through lockdown, with THAT Skype dance as well as her new podcast Out With Suzi Ruffell. And while #PrideMonth is over, CALM believe in being an ally all year round. We chatted to Suzi about spreading joy and celebrating the LGBTQ+ community during these utterly-weird times.

Ambassador incoming

This month award-winning comedian Seann Walsh joins #TeamCALM.

After his brilliant performance for the CALM Comedy Club, and squaring off against Jon Richardson on Mario Kart for the CALM Lock In, he's chuffed to be one of CALM's newest ambassadors. Here's what he had to say:

"If I can contribute to help spread awareness of CALM and the support that they offer to prevent suicide, it would be a huge honour.”
