Campaign for Liberty has just learned of a new scheme hatched by U.S. Senator Tom Cotton (R-AR)to slip renewal of FISA Section 702 into must-pass legislation before the end of this year.

This is the section of federal code the Deep State was caught red-handed abusing over and over and over . . . MILLIONS of times in the past several years!

Section 702 allows the Surveillance State to collect your emails, browser history, and chat logs and even listen in on your phone calls without a warrant.

Section 702 also allows the FBI, to search through your data and the data of other innocent Americans. . .

. . . data being swept up by Deep State government contractors like Palantir. . .

. . . or sold to the feds by data brokers who sweep up all of your most sensitive information.

Senator Cotton, who chairs the Senate Intelligence Committee, is quietly pushing an eighteen-month “clean” renewal of Section 702 so it doesn’t become an issue for him and hisDeep State pals from BOTH sides of the aisle in the mid-term election.
Don’t let them get away with it!

The government is supposed to have a warrant and provide probable cause of a crime to look at your private data, but time and time again, the “intelligence” community ignores the law.

In 2016, using the FISA law as a pretext, federal spies swept up the communications of incoming Trump administration officials, “unmasked” them, and then leaked their fake propaganda to the press.

And in recent weeks, the the Deep State’s Arctic Frost investigation was exposed – uncovering the American intelligence community peeping on nearly a dozen lawmakers and nearly 100 organizations and individuals who were on the “wrong” side of the Biden administration.
