John,

Over the last fewmonths, we’ve had robust and thoughtful discussions about how best tostrengthen and streamline our association structure across the country. Those conversations have helped shape the exciting reorganization now underway — one that will make our movement more efficient, better connected, and more empowered from the ground up.

To help lead this transition, asolid team of experienced and dedicated volunteershas stepped up to assist with the national reorganization of our association model:

- Timothy Breen– Interim Coordinator of Ontario ([email protected] <mailto:[email protected]>)
- Mark Mullins– Interim CEO of Ontario ([email protected] <mailto:[email protected]>)
- Nancy Mercier– Coordinator of the Atlantic Provinces ([email protected] <mailto:[email protected]>)
- Ward Grantham– Interim CEO of Alberta ([email protected] <mailto:[email protected]>)
- Christine Swyer– Interim CEO of Quebec ([email protected] <mailto:[email protected]>)
- Timothy Knight– Interim CEO of British Columbia ([email protected] <mailto:[email protected]>)
- Peter Bruce– Interim CEO of Saskatchewan ([email protected] <mailto:[email protected]>)

This team will beworking closely with HQto coordinate feedback, improve communication between regions, and ensure every riding has the support it needs to thrive.

Our goal is simple:to build a structure that is clear, efficient, and empowers our grassroots teams nationwide. This is a major step forward — one that shows real progress, unity, and shared purpose as we continue to grow.

As part of this effort, we’re also undertaking anationwide cleanup of our member and volunteer data. This will help us improve communication and ensure that every supporter receives updates relevant to their area. We encourage everyone toreach out to their regional representative(listed above) toverify or update your contact information. Keeping your details current ensures you never miss important news, opportunities, and events in your region.

If you’d like toget involved as a volunteer, please reach out directly to the representative for your province listed above. Every helping hand makes a difference, and your involvement will help us move even faster toward our goals.

Thank you to everyone who continues to contribute ideas, time, and energy. Together, we’re laying the foundation for a stronger and more dynamic People’s Party of Canada.
