Yesterday, Action Network (as well as much of the Internet) was impacted by the AWS outage. This outage impacted components of our system primarily focused on targeting emails, mobile messages, and reports — crucial functionality to say the least. We understand the impact that this outage has had on your work, and we appreciate your patience. It looks like things are largely resolved and emails and mobile messages are sending as expected.
If you sent or scheduled an email or mobile message to go out yesterday (10/20/25), please check your stats to make sure it was successfully sent out. If not, please reach out to the support team ([email protected]) to help troubleshoot.
During this incident, we provided notice in the footer of the website when logged in. In the future, we will inform you of any outages affecting Action Network in the same way. Please feel free to reply to this email with any questions.
