John, what do you do Against Living Miserably?
Let us know
On World Mental Health Day, tons of us started taking a stand Against Living Miserably. And something amazing happened: people started sharing the small stuff that brings them joy, putting light out into a world that can sometimes feel dark.

People like Chris Hughes (horse riding), Rosie Jones (listening to Chappell Roan), and Darcey from the CALM team (pottery).

Now, we’re asking everyone – including you – to join in. To share what you’re doing Against Living Miserably.
Why? Because this stuff matters. Belonging, support, creating a buffer against the stress and shit of life. It really helps.

And there’s science and studies to back it up. There’s even a term for what we’re talking about: ‘daily micro-celebrations’.

So John, will you share the thing you do Against Living Miserably? Whether it's playing footy or putting your feet up with a book, sharing this stuff will help inspire even more people.

It’s time to join the movement Against Living Miserably.
