Over the weekend, millions of people across the country marched in peaceful protest during the No Kings Day marches against the alarming rise of authoritarian rule. Alliance San Diego proudly joined the movement, welcoming staff, volunteers, board members, friends, and family to join us to stand in community and exercise our right to free speech.
On Saturday morning, we marched with countless others who share the vision for a future that upholds the dignity of all people. The day was alive with witty protest signs, chants of solidarity, and the joyful presence of our very own Dignity Dinosaurs (check out the UT article). It was more than a moment; it was a powerful illustration of how our collective voice can be heard around the world.

COMMUNITY WALK 👣 - ASD hosts biweekly Know Your Rights literature drops in vulnerable neighborhoods. Volunteers distribute door hangers to community members so they know what to do if they’re confronted by law enforcement agents. Our next lit drop is Tuesday, October 21 at 5:30pm, register HERE.

DACA VOLUNTEER SQUAD - get trained as a volunteer to help process eligible immigrants to apply for available remedies and protect their families here in San Diego County. We will need over 20 dedicated volunteers to reach as many people as possible. Sign up here.
