If you've been watching the news, you've seen a mixed bag of results from the Supreme Court. Today there weretwo great rulings ([link removed]) in favor of religious liberty, but pro-life advocates witnessed one of the most disappointing decisions ([link removed]) just last week. The terribly misguided June Medical ruling exposed something we already knew: the abortion industry has no interest in women's health but is focused instead on abortion profits.

Like we've seen time and time again, abortion providers are not held to the same standards as real medical providers, putting mothers at further risk in an already deadly situation.

I'll be blunt. We already know that the end result of an abortion is a tragic loss of life. When abortion providers don't meet minimal health care standards like hospital admitting privileges, it makes a bad situation even worse.

Should an abortion go awry, women are put in further danger because the provider isn't required to have admitting privileges at a local hospital, taking life-saving time away from the mother during a medical crisis.

This is a reminder that we need constitutionalists serving on the Supreme Court, not activist justices that would rather write laws. It's also why this election is so important. Thankfully, President Trump has been able to fill two vacancies with Justices Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh, but we know that a Biden presidency would certainly fill any vacancies with extreme, left-wing activist justices.

We must get this election right and set our nation on a strong course for prosperity for not only this generation but future generations.

With lifetime appointments, selecting Supreme Court nominees is one of the most consequential responsibilities a president has during their term in office. We need more Gorsuches and Kavanaughs on the bench.
