October 20, 2025 – Docket No. 30007-164-GP-25 (Record No. 17940) - The Wyoming Public Service Commission approved the Application of Frannie Deaver Utilities for authority to adjust its Commodity Balancing Account tariff to pass on a total purchased gas cost increase of $0.1513 per Mcf, effective for usage on and after October 1, 2025. This approval is subject to notice, protest, intervention, refund, change, additional investigation, opportunity for hearing, and further order of the Commission.
