Update: Burning Permit System Outage

Currently, the burning permit system phone services is not working. This means, any permit (written or online) can't be activated by phone.
Online permits can be activated online. However, those with text or phone notifications will not receive any messages. Only online systems are currently working. If you activate a permit online, please set your account to receive messages by email until the system has been restored.
People with written permits or who need to activate through the phone system should wait to burn until the system has been restored and permits are able to be activated.
The DNR will send an update once the system has been restored.
