John,
I always think it’s best to be
straightforward, even when the news I have to share isn’t what we hoped for.
Last week, we ran an urgent fundraising blitz
to raise $30,000 to fund critical work in the coming months. Unfortunately,
we fell short of meeting that goal.
Still…I can’t help but be encouraged by what
we’ve accomplished together in recent months.
You helped secure two tremendous Supreme
Court victories, and there are more on the horizon. In fact, just a few
days ago, the Court heard oral arguments concerning a freedom of speech case
involving a counselor’s right to advise gender-confused clients according to
her Christian beliefs—a case we were involved with by submitting a “friend of
the Court” brief, and through our policy work stretching back to 2012.
These
are real issues that affect the lives of real, everyday Americans like you. And the work we do is crucial to ensuring that Americans across the
nation are able to live and work according to their biblical values. But these
victories wouldn’t be possible without friends like you who stand alongside us
every step of the way.
If you didn’t get the chance
to give last week, will you consider helping us close the gap today? Every dollar will help fight for legislation that upholds
the values you cherish.
Thank you for your prayerful consideration.
Together, we’re shining the light of Truth into our culture for a nation where
God is honored, religious freedoms flourish, families thrive, and life is
cherished.
Gratefully,
