In just 15 days, MAGA will attempt to “knock off” three Democratic justices on the 5-2 Dem majority Supreme Court in a single election. Since turnout is expected to be low in an off-year election, every single vote matters. 

We’ve seen what happens when Democrats take their eye off the ball and lose sight of the stakes in critical elections like this one. We can’t afford to do that now - as Trump and MAGA constantly push democracy to the brink of collapse.

Polls show voters split evenly between Yes (retention) and No (the GOP’s position) with a huge chunk of voters undecided or unaware of the stakes. We must fight to win undecided voters over right now. 

The fallout of losing these three justices and therefore the court’s liberal majority will not be contained to Pennsylvania. The path would be cleared for MAGA to control the fate of the nation’s most critical swing state ahead of the 2026 Midterm and 2028 presidential elections.

We are pleading with every Democrat not to look away. Please do not for a minute think “I don’t live in PA. I can’t help.” You are the only thing standing in the way of a Chernobyl-level political disaster in the very heart of democracy and freedom that will likely be impossible for Dems to ever contain. 

If we ignore this race and let the chips fall where they may, it will initiate a terrifying chain reaction that MAGA plans to use as a launching pad for keeping Trump in power after 2028 when his term ends.
