That’s right - the Soros-funded activist groups tried to stop the will of Arizona voters… and they lost.
In 2024, 63% of Arizonans voted for Prop. 314. This law makes it a crime to illegally cross our border, cracks down on fentanyl dealers, and gives law enforcement the power to actually do their job. But the left can’t stand that.
Their strategy is always the same:
- They can’t win at the ballot box, so they run to activist judges.
- They cry “unconstitutional” when voters exercise their right to self-defense.
- And they try to block common sense border security at every turn.
This time, the court said NO. The lawsuit was thrown out.
But let’s be clear - this isn’t the end! The left has already vowed to appeal.
They’re terrified of laws that protect American families and hold criminals accountable. And they’ll spend millions trying to overturn this victory.
I’m not going to let them.
