EVV: HHAeXchange Outage
The Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is aware that users of the state EVV system, HHAeXchange may be experiencing issues with recording visits or contacting HHAeXchange customer service due to the current AWS global outage. HHSC will provide an update once the issues have been resolved.
If you are unable to record an EVV visit during the outage, you will need to manually create a visit using the following reason code:
- Reason Code: No Electronic Clock In or Clock Out
- Number: 210
- Description: J – EVV system down
