DWC requests comments on House Bill (HB) 1306 rule

DWC is accepting public comments on a proposed rule amending 28 Texas Administrative Code Sections 133.240 [ [link removed] ], 133.250 [ [link removed] ], 133.305 [ [link removed] ], 133.308 [ [link removed] ], and 134.600 [ [link removed] ]. The amendments are necessary to implement HB 1306, 89th Legislature, Regular Session (2025) regarding workers' compensation claims for death investigation professionals.

DWC is accepting public comments on changes to DWC Form-154 [ [link removed] ], "Workers' Compensation Complaint Form". The proposed changes will allow complainants to specify, if known, the identity of the person or company their complaint is against.
