Dear FAMMily,
First, a huge thank you to everyone who has already completed the Member Engagement Survey or shared it widely with their networks! Your efforts in Week 1 have given us a strong starting point for understanding how we can better serve our community. We hear you FAMM and want to share with you some of the feedback we’ve received so far: What is one thing FAMM could do to improve your membership experience and engagement?
“More email notifications about policy updates/events.”
“I would like to see a live monthly federal Q&A.”
“Allow me the opportunity to help by vetting those who know I are deserving of a another chance.”
“Send me more info on how I can get involved, and/or tell my story.”
“Ability to connect with other families with similar/related charges or experiences.”
Time to Finish Strong: We have received almost 300 survey entries, help us get to 500 by next week. Your action is still needed. While we’ve seen great initial participation, we need everyone’s continued support to ensure the survey is a massive success. If you haven’t yet taken the time to fill it out or share the external post, please make it a priority this week.
This survey isn't just about general feedback—it is the single most direct way we can understand what content and assistance our members truly need. Simply put, we cannot improve how we serve you and fight for justice reform without your help. Every single response helps us allocate resources and shape our social media pilot project to deliver exactly what you, our community are asking for.
Don't Forget the Incentive: Remember that the survey only takes 5 minutes of your time. Every entry gets entered for a chance to WIN a $50 gift card, FAMM Swag Gear & A personalized letter from FAMM’s President!
Your Action Items:
- Complete the Survey: Take a few moments if you haven't yet: SURVEY!
-
Share the Post: Please copy and share the official social media post with the link to your personal and professional networks.
Thank you for helping us make our member outreach as effective and relevant as possible! Let's finish this survey strong.
