I’ve knocked on thousands of doors in the last few months, and talked with so many of our lovely neighbors, and one of the biggest concerns I hear is about the cost of living. Inflation is squeezing budgets, tariffs are raising the price of everything, childcare is out of reach, and wages just can’t keep up.
It’s clear that what passes as “economic growth” in this country hasn’t touched most people’s lives.
We don’t need more trickle-down schemes that shower benefits on the already wealthy. What we need is an economy built for people who work, dream, and struggle just to make ends meet.
