But God doesn’t need perfection; He uses the broken to carry out His
perfect plan.
26 YEARS LATER, THAT HIGH SCHOOL DROPOUT BECAME THE FIRST WOMAN TO
GRADUATE FROM THE CITADEL, AND THE FIRST REPUBLICAN WOMAN ELECTED TO
CONGRESS FROM SOUTH CAROLINA.
