Join Georgetown Resistance for a weekly protest at Scott County Courthouse (101 E. Main St in Georgetown) from 4:45 p.m until 5:45 p.m. The group asks that you bring non-confrontational, positive signs focused on issues. You can join their private Facebook group for updates.

NATIONAL: DEMAND THE EXTENSION OF THE ACA PREMIUM TAX CREDITS!
The Senate could not reach an agreement on the continuing resolution to keep the government funded until November. The current resolution allows the Affordable Care Act premium subsidies to expire. Without these subsidies, ACA premiums will skyrocket for 2026. The Democrats are taking a stand and demanding the extension of the tax credits. Call Mitch McConnell and Rand Paul and ask that they vote for an agreement that extends the ACA premium subsidies. The 5 Calls Website has up-to-date information and talking points.
NATIONAL: DEMAND THE RELEASE OF THE EPSTEIN FILES!!!
Thomas Massie says he has the votes, but just to be sure, we have to keep pressuring our electeds. If you live in KY-6 congressional district, call Andy Barr and demand the full public release of the Epstein Files - (859) 219-1366.
