The government shutdown is dragging on as Republicans refuse to keep healthcare affordable for millions. House Democrats are ready to act to re-open our government and ensure millions of Americans don’t lose their health insurance — but so far, Republicans are refusing to act. It’s clear that MAGA politicians would rather do nothing and let the government stay closed than preserve critical lifelines that allow people to afford health insurance.
