Yesterday was unbelievable.

While Donald Trump and all his Republican friends were sitting at home, doing nothing to solve the shutdown they created, millions of Americans took to the streets.

We stood up. We spoke out. And we sent a message to Trump clear as day: America won’t bow down to a wannabe king.

Donald Trump knows he’s losing. He knows the American people aren’t believing his lies and empty promises anymore. So he’s accelerating his authoritarian takeover. He even said the quiet part out loud just a few weeks ago: He wants to turn American cities into “training grounds.” Those are his words, not mine.

But if yesterday proved anything, it’s this: Trump is in for a hell of a fight.

I’ll share more soon, but before I go, you should know: Trump’s Republican Party has singled me out as a top target in next year’s election — and we know they’re willing to spend millions to take me down and expand their majority.
