Even when Adam Frisch got to within 546 votes of beating her in 2022, up until election day all of the very serious election analysts said Boebert’s red district made her safe and that beating her would be impossible. The truth is she is beyond vulnerable. This week she just reported her lowest ever fundraising haul since taking office, raising a measly $110,000 dollars from July to September. The emperor has no clothes. There is an intangible Boebert factor in this race—her toxic brand, status as a carpet bagger in this new district, combined with her abysmal fundraising, means she is beyond beatable even in an R+9 district. And with Trump taking dozens of flippable red seats out of contention through gerrymandering, if we hope to take back the House in 2028 we are going to need to win in some R+9s. I am the Democrat taking on Congresswoman Lauren Boebert and I just outraised her 5-1. In 2024 I had the best performance a Democrat has had in this district since we lost it in 2010 whereas Boebert underperformed Trump in every county.
