In over 33,000 cities across the United States, millions of Americans are participating in No Kings rallies in defiance of the Trump administration.

These protests carry an added weight in Pennsylvania where voters are 17 days out from the November 4th, 2025, Pennsylvania Supreme Court Retention election.

On the line is control of elections in the keystone state, the backbone of the Democratic party's blue wall strategy for winning Presidential elections since 2008. 


MAGA is dead set on winning this election no matter the cost, investing millions into ads and mailers aimed at deceiving Democratic voters into voting no on retention—the GOP choice on the ballot (the ballots do not show the judge's partisan affiliation). 

Now they've opened up a new front, deceptive false flag canvassing and signage at No Kings rallies across Pennsylvania:

​On the left is Scott Pressler, the GOP operative leading MAGA's covert push, with a deceptive sign placed at a No Kings Rally in Philadelphia. Social media users are reporting these signs along with vote-no operatives pretending to be No Kings attendees at rallies across the state. 

Early Vote Action, the group responsible for this, is funded by Elon Musk and accused human trafficker Tristan Tate, the brother of masculinity influencer Andrew Tate. 

The GOP's strategy of deception is working. Recent polling shows that Democratic and Independent voters alike are confused on whether or not to vote yes or vote no.

Democrats are hanging on by a thread here and if the election were held today, there is a real chance we would lose. We can't let them get away with this.
