 If there’s one thing that’s unpopular in New Jersey, it’s raising prices. But here are three things you should know about where Jack Ciattarelli stands when it comes to affordability: 1) Jack Ciattarelli is cheering on all the ways that Trump’s disastrous agenda has hiked costs for our families — including his tariffs, his cuts to programs that help people heat their homes, the Republican price hike bill that guts access to affordable health care. He even said “Trump is right about everything he’s doing.” 2) Jack Ciattarelli has repeatedly talked about higher taxes for New Jersey families. He said that a plan to hike the state sales tax was on the table — including on essentials like food and clothes — and his running mate just recently said new taxes were “on the table” in our state for everyone except millionaires. 3) When asked about Trump’s price hikes, Jack himself said that “there’s going to be some pain” and New Jersey families will just have to “buckle up and see how things go.”
