The video below is I think a pretty good explainer on what’s going on with the U.S. Supreme Court hearing a case that could result in striking all or parts of the Voting Rights Act, and what that means. Hint: It’s more consequential that the current controversies surrounding mid-decade redistricting efforts taking place right now.
